Currently, all of our products are digital files that can be downloaded in PDF format and therefore, all sales are final and no exchanges, credits or refunds will be accepted after a sales transaction has been confirmed. 321succès cannot be held responsible for any compatibility problem between a digital product and an electronic device, in particular due to software evolution or technical measures of files protection. 321succès cannot guarantee the availability of the products for additional downloads in the future, when more than 72 hours will have elapsed after the purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to back up the purchased files.
